Do you write the content and creative, or do we?
Either, scoped to fit. Our copywriters and designers can produce SEO content, ad creative, email copy, landing-page copy, and brand voice exemplars. Most clients prefer we run production for the first 90 days then hand briefs to in-house teams once the playbook is documented. If you have an in-house copywriter or designer, we'll work alongside — providing briefs, structure, and feedback rather than duplicating effort. Either way the brief format is the same: target keyword, search intent, tone, structure, internal-link targets.
How do you report on results?
Monthly written report against the metric we agreed at kick-off. SEO: rank changes, traffic, conversions, and where attribution allows it, attributed revenue. Google Ads and paid social: cost-per-result, ROAS, attributed pipeline, what creative is winning, what we're testing next. Email: email-attributed revenue as a percent of total, flow-level performance, deliverability health. Reports are plain-English, link to a Looker Studio or Hubspot dashboard for live numbers, and always include a recommendation: scale, pivot, or pause.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. Percentage-of-spend creates a perverse incentive — the agency makes more when you spend more, even when scaling spend isn't profitable for you. We charge a flat monthly retainer based on the scope of management work (channel count, account complexity, reporting cadence). If your blended ROAS calls for cutting spend, we'll recommend cutting spend; our retainer doesn't change.
What does it cost to work with you?
Project pricing in AUD ex-GST. Indicative ranges: web design rebuild $12k-$45k depending on scope and CMS complexity. SEO retainers from $2.5k/month for fix-and-maintain through to $8k+/month for content-engine + technical + digital-PR programs. Google Ads management $1.8k-$4.5k/month, never a percentage of spend. Email marketing $3k-$6k/month for full lifecycle program builds. AI automations and Business System Flows scoped per project, typically $5k-$25k. Strategy calls are free. We'll quote you a fixed number after the call — no "contact us for pricing" stalling.
How long until we see results from your work?
Depends on the channel. Google Ads shows directional movement in 2-4 weeks once tracking is clean and bid strategy stabilises. SEO is a 6-9 month investment for sustainable rankings on commercial-intent terms — quick wins on under-optimised existing pages can show within 8-12 weeks. Email lifecycle flows show revenue impact in the first 30-60 days post-launch. Cold email and social media paid ads typically show first qualified results within 4-8 weeks. We commit to a specific metric and timeline at kick-off.
